Warranty Conditions

Unless otherwise stated, all products are covered by the manufacturer's warranty. To ensure the warranty is valid, please inspect the product upon delivery. If you notice any damage, do not accept the product and have a damage report drawn up.

Product Return Conditions

If a product purchased from our website is defective, you must contact us through the online support section on our website within 14 days of the delivery date. Following this, the defective product, which you will send back to us via the shipping company, will be replaced with a new one. Returns and exchanges are not accepted if the product defect is due to customer misuse or if the product has been used within the 14-day period. The return and exchange conditions are based on the provisions of the Law No. 4077 on the Protection of Consumers.
