ARTICLE 2 - SUBJECT
The subject of this agreement is the determination of the rights and obligations of the parties in accordance with the provisions of the Law No. 4077 on Consumer Protection and the Principles and Procedures for Implementing Distance Contracts in relation to the sale and delivery of the product, the qualities and selling price of which the BUYER orders electronically from the SELLER's website, as well as the provisions of the Regulation No. 4077 on the Protection of Consumers.

ARTICLE 4 - GENERAL PROVISIONS
4.1- The BUYER declares that he/she has read and understood the preliminary information regarding the essential characteristics of the product subject to the contract, the sales price, the payment method, and delivery on the website, and has provided the necessary confirmation in electronic form.
4.2- The product subject to the contract will be delivered to the BUYER or the person/organization at the address specified by the BUYER within the period specified in the preliminary information on the website, depending on the distance of the BUYER's place of residence, provided that this period does not exceed the legal 3-day period for each product.
4.3- If the product subject to the contract is to be delivered to a person/organization other than the BUYER, the SELLER cannot be held responsible if the person/organization to be delivered to refuses to accept delivery.
4.4- THE SELLER is responsible for delivering the product subject to the contract in a sound condition, complete, in accordance with the specifications stated in the order, and with any warranty documents and user manuals, if applicable.
4.5- For the delivery of the product subject to the contract, it is essential that the signed copy of this contract has been delivered to the SELLER and that the price has been paid via the payment method preferred by the BUYER. If the product price is not paid for any reason or is canceled in the bank records, the SELLER is considered to be relieved of its obligation to deliver the product.
4.6- If the bank or financial institution related to the unfair or unlawful use of the BUYER's credit card by unauthorized persons in a way that is not caused by the BUYER's fault after the delivery of the product does not pay the product price to the SELLER, the product must be sent to the SELLER within 3 days, provided that the BUYER has delivered it to him. In this case, shipping costs will be borne by the BUYER.
4.7- If the SELLER is unable to deliver the product subject to the contract within the specified time due to force majeure or extraordinary circumstances such as adverse weather conditions hindering transportation or disruption of transportation, the SELLER is obligated to notify the BUYER of the situation. In this case, the BUYER may exercise one of the rights to cancel the order, replace the product subject to the contract with a precedent, if any, and/or postpone the delivery time until the elimination of the prohibitive situation. If the BUYER cancels the order, the amount paid will be refunded to them in full and in cash within 10 days.
4.8- Products that are or are not covered by a warranty certificate, whether defective or damaged, may be sent to the SELLER for necessary repair within the warranty terms; in this case, shipping costs will be covered by the SELLER.
ARTICLE 5 - RIGHT OF WITHDRAWAL
The BUYER has the right to withdraw from the contract within 7 days from the delivery of the product subject to the contract to himself/herself or the person/organization at the address specified. To exercise the right of withdrawal, notification must be made to the SELLER via fax, email or phone within this period, and the product must be returned within 6. it is essential that it is not used within the framework of the provisions of the article. If this right is exercised, 3. a sample of the cargo delivery record indicating that the product delivered to the person or BUYER has been sent to the SELLER, as well as the return of the original invoice, is mandatory. The product price will be refunded to the BUYER within 7 days following receipt of these documents. If the original invoice is not submitted, VAT and other applicable legal obligations cannot be refunded. The shipping cost for the product returned due to the right of withdrawal will be covered by the SELLER.
ARTICLE 6 - PRODUCTS FOR WHICH THE RIGHT OF WITHDRAWAL CANNOT BE EXERCISED
The right of withdrawal cannot be exercised for products that cannot be returned due to their nature, single-use products, copyable software and programs, rapidly perishable products, or products that have expired. For the following products, the exercise of the right of withdrawal is conditional upon the product's packaging being unopened, intact, and the product having been unused.

-DVD, VCD, CD and cassettes
-Computer and office supply consumables (toner, cartridge, ribbon, etc.)
-All kinds of cosmetic products
-Phone recharge card orders
ARTICLE 7 - JURISDICTIONAL COURT
In the application of this contract, Consumer Arbitration Committees up to the value declared by the Ministry of Industry and Trade, and Consumer Courts in the buyer's or seller's place of residence are authorized.
In the event of order fulfillment, the BUYER is deemed to have accepted all terms of this contract.
