Parties

ZAİT TARIM TURİZM İNŞAAT İTHALAT İHRACAT, located at Karaköy Mevkii Datça/Muğla, which operates the www.anatoliaroots.com website.

PRODUCTION AND TRADE LIMITED COMPANY (hereinafter referred to as Anatolia Roots).

Internet user who becomes a member of the www.anatoliaroots.com website ("Member")

Subject of the Agreement

The subject of this Agreement is the determination of the terms under which the member may benefit from the website www.anatoliaroots.com owned by Anatoli Roots.

Rights and Obligations of the Parties

3.1. The member declares and undertakes under legal oath that the personal and other information they provided while registering for the www.anatoliaroots.com website is true, and that Anatolia Roots will be fully and immediately compensated for any losses incurred due to the inaccuracy of this information. 

3.2. The Member may not disclose the password provided to him/her by Anatolia Roots to any other person or organization; the right to use the password belongs solely to the Member. Therefore, Anatolia Roots reserves all rights to compensation and other claims arising from any such unauthorized use, against all liability that may arise and against all claims and demands that may be asserted against Anatolia Roots by third parties or competent authorities. 

3.3. The Member hereby undertakes and agrees in advance to comply with and not to violate the provisions of legal legislation while using the www.anatoliaroots.com website. Otherwise, all legal and criminal liabilities that may arise will entirely and exclusively bind the Member.

3.4. The Member may not use the www.anatoliaroots.com website in any manner that disrupts public order, contravenes general morality, disturbs or harasses others, for any illegal purpose, or in a manner that infringes the intellectual and copyright rights of others. Additionally, members may not engage in activities or transactions that prevent or make it difficult for others to use the services (such as spam, viruses, Trojan horses, etc.)

3.5. The ideas, opinions, and statements expressed, written, or used by members on the www.anatoliaroots.com website are entirely the personal views of the members and bind only the opinion holder. These views and opinions have no affiliation or connection with Anatolia Roots. Anatolia Roots has no liability for any damages that third parties may incur due to the ideas and opinions expressed by the member, nor for any damages that the member may incur due to the ideas and opinions expressed by third parties.

3.6. Anatolia Roots will not be liable for the unauthorized reading of member data or for any damage to member software or data. The member hereby irrevocably agrees not to seek compensation from Anatolia Roots for any damages incurred due to the use of the www.anatoliaroots.com website.

3.7. The member agrees not to access or use other internet users' software or data without permission. Otherwise, any legal or criminal liability arising from such action will be solely the member's responsibility.

3.8. The member who violates one or more of the items listed in this membership agreement shall be personally liable criminally and civilly for such violation and shall hold Anatolia Roots harmless from the legal and criminal consequences of such violations. Additionally; in the event that this violation is brought to legal attention, Anatolia Roots reserves the right to seek compensation from the member for failure to comply with the membership agreement.

3.9. Anatolia Roots always reserves the right to unilaterally delete a member's account when necessary, and to delete files, documents, and information belonging to the customer. The member hereby accepts this provision in advance. In this case, Anatolia Roots bears no responsibility.

3.10. The website www.anatoliaroots.com and its software and design are the property of Anatolia Roots, and their copyright and/or other intellectual property rights are protected by relevant laws; they may not be used, acquired, or modified by members without permission. Other companies and their products mentioned on this website are trademarks of their respective owners and are also protected under intellectual property rights. 

3.11. By Anatolia Roots in Danish www.anatoliaroots.com some information may be collected such as the name and Internet Protocol (IP) address of the Internet service provider used to access the site for improving, improving the website and/or within the framework of legal legislation, the date and time of accessing the Site, the pages accessed while on the site, and the Internet address of the Website that allows direct connection to the site.

3.12. Anatolia Roots may disclose a member's personal information when requested as a legal obligation or when (a) it believes in good faith that it is necessary to act in accordance with legal requirements or comply with legal actions communicated to Anatolia Roots; (b) to protect and defend the rights and property of Anatolia Roots and the Anatolia Roots family of websites.

However, for ultimate security, the user is required to provide their own virus protection system and ensure the necessary protection. 3.15. Anatolia Roots may at any time change, update, or cancel the terms of the membership agreement in whole or in part, without prior notice or warning of any kind. Every amended, updated, or repealed provision will take effect for all members on the date of publication.

3.16. The parties hereby acknowledge and declare that all computer records belonging to Anatolia Roots shall be admissible as sole and authentic exclusive evidence, in accordance with Article 287 of the Code of Civil Procedure, and that such records constitute an evidence agreement.

3.17. Anatolia Roots, pursuant to this membership agreement, has the authority to send informational emails to its members' registered email addresses and informational SMS messages to their mobile phones. By approving this membership agreement, the member hereby consents to the sending of informational emails to their email address and informational SMS messages to their mobile phone.

Termination of the Contract

This agreement shall remain in effect until the member cancels their membership or until the membership is canceled by Anatolia Roots.  In the event the member violates any provision of the membership agreement, Anatolia Roots may cancel the member's membership and terminate the agreement unilaterally. 

Dispute Resolution

In the event of disputes regarding this agreement, the Courts and Enforcement Offices of Muğla are authorized.

Enforcement

By registering for membership, the member acknowledges having read and accepted all provisions of the membership agreement. This Agreement was concluded at the moment the member registered for membership and came into mutual effect.
