ARTICLE 2 – LEGAL BASIS
This Agreement;
• Law No. 6502 on the Protection of Consumers
• Regulation on Distance Contracts
• Cosmetic Law No. 5324
• Law No. 6563 on the Regulation of Electronic Commerce
• Prepared in accordance with the provisions of the Personal Data Protection Law No. 6698
ARTICLE 3 – SUBJECT OF THE CONTRACT
This Agreement regulates the rights and obligations of the parties regarding the sale and delivery of cosmetic products ordered by the Buyer electronically via the www.anatoliaroots.com website.
Products subject to sale:
• Are cosmetic products.
• Are not medicines.
• Does not constitute medical treatment.
• Does not claim to prevent, treat, or cure disease.
ARTICLE 4 – PRODUCT QUALITY AND NATURE
4.1 The products are natural and herbal-based cosmetic products.
4.2 Due to the nature of natural raw materials;
• Difference in color tone
• Change in odor intensity
• Formation of slight sediment
• Seasonal difference in density

This condition does not imply that the product is defective.
4.3 The stability period and storage conditions of the products are indicated on the packaging.
ARTICLE 5 – PRODUCT SAFETY AND USER RESPONSIBILITY
5.1 The buyer is obliged to review the ingredient list before using the product.
5.2 For sensitive skin, it is recommended to test on a small area before first use.
5.3 In case of pregnancy, breastfeeding, chronic illness, or dermatological sensitivity, it is recommended to seek expert advice.
5.4 The Seller is not responsible for any damages that may arise from use contrary to the instructions for use.
Article 6 – Delivery
6.1 The products will be delivered within 30 days at the latest.
6.2 The duration may be extended in case of force majeure events.
6.3 Delays resulting from customs procedures in international shipments are not the responsibility of the Seller.
ARTICLE 7 – RIGHT OF WITHDRAWAL
7.1 The consumer may exercise the right of withdrawal within 14 days.
7.2 The right of withdrawal cannot be exercised for the following products:
• Cosmetic products whose packaging has been opened
• Products that cannot be resold due to hygiene reasons
• Products prepared according to individual specifications
7.3 The notice of withdrawal must be submitted in writing.
ARTICLE 8 – DEFECTIVE GOODS
If the product is visibly damaged, the Buyer may exercise their rights under Law No. 6502.
However, natural ingredient variations are not considered a defect.
ARTICLE 9 – LIMITATION OF LIABILITY
Seller;
• The products are cosmetic products
• It is not a medical product
• It does not contain a health claim

The Seller's liability is limited to the relevant product price.
No liability is accepted for indirect damages, loss of profit or commercial losses.
ARTICLE 10 – INTERNATIONAL SALES
10.1 Compliance with the target country's legislation in export transactions is the Buyer's responsibility.
10.2 Customs duties and import costs are the Buyer's responsibility.
ARTICLE 11 – FORCE MAJEURE
Situations such as natural disasters, wars, epidemics, or transportation disruptions are considered force majeure.
ARTICLE 12 – DISPUTES
In case of disputes, the Courts and Enforcement Offices of Muğla are authorized.

PRODUCT SAFETY AND USE POLICY
1. PRODUCT CATEGORY
All products offered for sale under the Anatolia Roots brand:
• It is a cosmetic product within the scope of the Cosmetic Law No. 5324.
• It is not a medicine.
• It is not intended for medical treatment.
• The product is not intended for disease diagnosis, treatment, or prevention.
The traditional usage information, aromatherapeutic properties, or botanical references contained in product descriptions should not be considered as medical claims.
2. INGREDIENT TRANSPARENCY
The ingredients are clearly stated in INCI format for all products.
The user is responsible for reviewing the ingredient list before purchasing the product.
Users with known allergies to the ingredients should not use the product.
3. YAMA (PATCH) TEST RECOMMENDATION
Before first use:
• A small amount of the product should be tested on a sensitive area such as the inside of the elbow.
• The reaction should be monitored for 24 hours.
In case of possible redness, burning, itching or irritation, product use should be stopped immediately.
4. ESSENTIAL OILS AND ACTIVE INGREDIENTS
Some products may contain essential oils and active plant components.
These products:
• During pregnancy
• During breastfeeding
• In patients with epilepsy
• In children under 3 years of age
• In individuals with chronic diseases
should not be used without expert opinion.
5. INSTRUCTIONS FOR USE
• The product is for external use only.
• Avoid contact with eyes.
• Do not apply to open wounds or irritated skin.
• Should be kept out of reach of children.
• Should be stored in a cool, dry place away from direct sunlight.
6. NATURAL INGREDIENT STABILITY
Due to the natural ingredient structure:
• Color darkening
• Sediment formation
• Consistency change
• Crystallization in cold environment
can be seen.
This condition does not indicate that the product has spoiled.
However, if there is a bad odor, mold growth, or packaging damage, the product should not be usedSeller is not responsible for any damages that may result from use contrary to the instructions.

Reviews, experience sharing, or influencer content about Anatolia Roots products made by third parties constitute personal opinions.

RETURN AND REFUND POLICY

1. GENERAL SCOPE
This Return and Refund Policy applies to purchases made through the www.anatoliaroots.com website under the Anatolia Roots brand.
This policy;
• Law No. 6502 on the Protection of Consumers
• Regulation on Distance Contracts
• International e-commerce practices

2. RIGHT OF WITHDRAWAL (DOMESTIC SALES IN TURKEY)
The consumer may exercise the right of withdrawal without providing any reason within 14 (fourteen) days from the date of receipt of the product.

3. CASES WHERE THE RIGHT OF WITHDRAWAL CANNOT BE EXERCISED
According to Article 15 of the Distance Contracts Regulation, the right of withdrawal cannot be exercised for the following products:
• Cosmetic products with opened packaging
• Products with the protective tape removed
• Products that cannot be resold due to hygiene reasons
• Used serums, creams, gels, oils, and aromatherapy products
• Custom-made products
Due to hygiene reasons, opened cosmetic products are not covered by the return policy.
4. RETURN POLICY
Product to be returned:
• Must be unused
• Must be in original packaging
• Protective seal must not have been broken
• Must be in resaleable condition
The seller reserves the right to inspect the product.
5. DEFECTIVE PRODUCT
The following conditions constitute defective products:
• The product is broken or leaking
• Packaging damage
• Incorrect product shipment
Natural variations in ingredients (color, sediment, density changes) are not considered defects.
6. REFUND
The refund will be processed within 14 days via the payment method used, once the return is approved.
The refund period may vary depending on the bank.
7. INTERNATIONAL ORDERS
7.1 Customs regulations for international shipments may vary depending on the destination country.
7.2 Import duties, customs duties and local taxes are the responsibility of the buyer.
7.3 In the case of products rejected or not picked up at customs, the refund includes:
• Customs fees
• Storage fees
• Return shipping costs
are reflected to the buyer.
7.4 No refunds are provided for products destroyed at customs.
8. SHIPPING COSTS
For products returned within the scope of the right of withdrawal:
• For returns within Turkey, transactions are conducted in accordance with legislation.
• For international returns, shipping costs are the responsibility of the buyer.
9. INCORRECT ADDRESS / FAILURE TO RECEIVE DELIVERY
In case the Buyer provides an incorrect address or fails to pick up the product, any resulting costs will be borne by the Buyer.
10. CHARGEBACKS AND PAYMENT DISPUTES
In the event of an unauthorized payment dispute (chargeback) for purchases made with a credit card, the Seller has the right to provide order records and proof of delivery to the relevant financial institutions.
